Here are the details of DC Road Runners Club's newest weekly run: Monday Chill Run (MCR)!

The starting point is Duke's Grocery in Foggy Bottom (2000 Penn Ave NW) at 6:30 pm. This is roughly 2 blocks from Foggy Bottom metro, 3 blocks from Farragut West, and 5 blocks from Farragut North.
Duke's is generously providing us a secure space to drop bags and personal items, so feel free to come straight from work!
After the run, we will re-convene at Duke's for drinks and food; please stay and hang out!
As always, all paces are welcome. We anticipate having several conversational pace groups. We stress the conversational part!
